When the cups is placed on your skin, the air inside the cup creates a vacuum that draws the skin and muscle upward into the cup. The cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy.

The color and pattern of the marks depend on the level of stagnation in the area, and can range from a bright red to a dark purple, usually lasting 3 days to a week, sometimes a bit longer. Once our clients understand what these marks are, and feel the results, their concerns disappear, and they return for more sessions..
